Chuck Blankin is our Broker-in-Charge and comes from the upstate with a building, development and real estate background predominantly in the Greenville area. Chuck is our site sales specialist and successfully sold out our last project six months ahead of the most aggressive sell-out date for the project. Chuck has a great ability to put everyone at ease… he understands both the clients and builders position and is a great negotiator. Chuck knows and works well with most of the top producing agents in the tri-county area. Our of agents all consider Chuck a valuable mentor. Chuck is also a licensed Broker in North Carolina and Georgia and is distinguished from many Brokers with the accreditation of CCIM.

Doug Wells is the managing member for the LLC and is originally from Columbia. His experience includes the running of a multi-million dollar advertising agency in Columbia, real estate marketing, building and developing over the entire southeast. Doug has personally been involved with the development of over 25 communities over the years with total sales in excess of $500,000,000. He is accomplished in all aspects of residential development and marketing.

Brad, a graduate of the University of Georgia, moved to Charleston in 2001 and started selling real estate in 2002.  His background includes two and a half years with a downtown firm before moving over to ABW & Associates in October of 2004.  Brad has experience in general brokerage selling primary and secondary homes as well as investment property.  He also has additional experience in condominium conversions and land sales.

Following four generations involved in real estate, development and construction, Chauncey has a broad knowledge of the business.  He graduated from the College of Charleston, where he studied both Business Administration and Corporate Communications.  Having worked in both the private real estate sector and for the City of Charleston as the Business Recruitment and Redevelopment Manager, he now specializes in real estate investing, brokerage and consultation.  Chauncey is involved with ICSC, Urban Land Institute, Habitat for Humanity, Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church, and the Historic Charleston Foundation.  He and his wife Calder live in Mt. Pleasant.

Teresa moved to Mt. Pleasant from Murrells Inlet, South Carolina in October of 2001.  She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Coastal where she received a B.S. in Business Administration and was a member of the volleyball team.  Teresa has worked in real estate since 1993 through her positions with First Federal Bank and real estate attorneys in the Grand Strand and Charleston areas.  She welcomes the opportunity to directly represent and work with all Agents, Brokers, Buyers and Sellers in the industry.

Dallas joined Anderson, Blankin, Wells after several years with Prudential.  He was a member of their Leading Edge Society, and is also a member of the East Cooper Top Producers Club.  Dallas is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and has been a resident of Mt. Pleasant for over 20 years.

Trent grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  He graduated from The University of North Carolina in 2004 with BA degree in Economics.  Trent has lived in the Charleston area since January, 2005 and began his real estate career with ABW & Associates in April, 2005.

Jon was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts.  A political science major, Jon earned Dean's List academic honors at the College of the Holy Cross.  There, he captained the lacrosse team, and was a member of the ice hockey team.  Jon's career in Boston involved the financial services and technology industries.  In addition, Jon was involved in the development of a restaurant as well as involvement in several residential real estate endeavors.  He and his wife moved to Mount Pleasant in 2004 where he continues his real estate activities.  For the past three years Jon has focused on new construction, vacant land and investment property.

Wanda was born and raised in Huntersville, NC just outside of Charlotte.  With a degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, Wanda started a career in sales and marketing in the early '90s.  After several years in the construction and mortgage banking industries, a natural progression to real estate sales brought Wanda to ABW & Associates in 2005.  Wanda has lived in Mt. Pleasant for 8 years.

Bobby’s passion for real estate developed while working for his father's construction company during his upbringing in Alexandria, Virginia.  After earning a B.S. in Business Management with an Economics minor from The Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University, Bobby spent a year working for one the nation’s leading homebuilders in Philadelphia.  After moving to Charleston in 2004 he continued building his experience in the construction industry, serving as the business director for a Mt. Pleasant custom home builder.  Bobby currently works as the Charleston area project manager for a regional real estate development company and has overseen the budget planning, construction management, and marketing and sales of over $20 million in real estate over the past 4 years. Bobby specializes in multi-family development and other commercial opportunities.  He resides in West Ashley and enjoys being a Young Leader of The Urban Land Institute while pursuing his Professional Real Estate Developer designation.

Leila grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and has lived in Charleston since 1998.  She attended the College of Charleston where she received her B.A. in Political Science and her B.A. in Historical Preservation with honors.  Leila then returned to school to become certified in Building Construction Trades.  She acted as an Estate Manager, running the Service and Maintenance Division of a successful local construction and renovation company for five years and is now thrilled to follow in the footsteps of many family members by moving into the field of Real Estate Sales.

Paul, originally from Pittsburgh, has lived in South Carolina and the southeast for 20 years.  He graduated from The University of West Virginia and spent 18 years in the hospitality industry before deciding to begin a real estate career in 2005.  He joined Anderson, Blankin, Wells & Associates early in 2006 and is currently focusing on new development and construction sales.  Paul currently lives in Mount Pleasant.
